Time can be the most indifferent force and heartless in life. No matter how tightly you hold on, it won’t slow its steps. But time is also the deepest of all things—when you learn to appreciate it, it never treats you unfairly.
These words are for me, as I gradually grow older.
Don’t be saddened by aging. Time is the fairest judge because everyone will grow old. Embrace the changes in your life with calm acceptance, and soon you’ll realize: the years have gifted you countless treasures. The wrinkles that now map your skin are the marks of endless stories. The black hair that fades to silver carries heart-touching memories. Shedding the immaturity of your teenage years reveals a deeper, more attractive you. Farewell to the restlessness of youth—what emerges is inner strength and maturity. These gifts are love letters time has written just for you.
There’s no need to fear growing old. Life, like the four seasons, has beauty in every stage. While your age may advance, your spirit can remain ever young. Yes, life has its challenges, and at times, it may seem as though fate enjoys testing you. Yet, you are like a stone, once sharp-edged, now honed into a smooth pebble that reveals your most beautiful essence.
Time flows like water to the east—once gone, it never returns. But what it leaves behind is more precious than anything that has passed. The past is elusive, but there’s no need to grieve. Cherish every moment that remains, allowing the years to distill their experiences into life’s richest, most flavorful wine.
