Insomnia and Excessive Dreams

Many people suffer from restless nights filled with vivid dreams that leave them feeling exhausted and drained the following day. Despite their efforts to address their sleeplessness, the cause remains unclear. There are two primary reasons why this happens: 1) a deficiency in essential vitamins and minerals, and 2) spiritual influences.

1. Lack of Vitamins and Minerals

A common cause of insomnia is a deficiency in key nutrients needed to regulate the circadian rhythm. When these nutrients are insufficient, sleep can be severely affected. Some key factors contributing to poor sleep include:

These behaviors are not nurturing but rather draining, which in turn causes uncontrolled astral projections—vivid, lifelike dreams that drain your energy. This depletion may affect your frontal lobe, which governs essential functions like reasoning, judgment, emotional regulation, and problem-solving. Without this guidance, your ability to remain grounded in the waking world is compromised.

The Uncontrolled Influence of the Unconscious

When you lack control over your unconscious mind, you become vulnerable to external forces—whether your own subconscious or spiritual entities. A “cracked open” third eye can attract both benevolent and malevolent energies. These spirits, drawn to the light of your opened third eye, may surround you like waves crashing against a lighthouse in a storm, pulling your unconscious into unwanted realms.

Over time, the pressure of constant spiritual distractions and the depletion of energy can cause your mind to fragment. Your connection to the unconscious and the frontal lobe weakens, making you more susceptible to hallucinations, delusions, and heightened anxiety. This can lead to depression, social withdrawal, and in some extreme cases, suicidal thoughts. Medication vs. Spiritual Healing

Many individuals with emotional struggles are prescribed medications to calm their mental and emotional disturbances. Psychotropic medications, which impact the frontal lobe, often provide temporary relief. However, a more sustainable approach involves eliminating distractions and practicing daily meditation to cleanse the spirit. Meditation nurtures the soul, allowing the body and mind to regain harmony.
